In Review: RMS Living Luminizer

RMS Living Luminizer is the only luminizer I will ever use again.

I have tried an innumerable amount of luminzers, highlighters, illuminators, in all forms and each and every one promised the same lofty thing; a perfect, glowing complexion. I am such a sucker for this particular scheme that I have tried virtually every one on the market; from Smashbox Artificial Light, NARS Copacabana, Benefit High Beam, Laura Mercier Illuminating Tint, NARS Highlighting Powder, Fresh High Noon, to Yves Saint Laurent Touch Eclat (former front-runner). They were all (Touch Eclat aside which I will still use under my eyes) either too metallic, too shimmery, too cakey, or generally too artificial looking.

RMS Living Luminizer truly is a game changer, I have a serious obsession with this product. It gives the most realistic, sheen-y, lit-from-within-glow; no fake looking glittery particles (and I would not mislead you, as I have been so many times before). I usually apply living luminzer over my other make-up to my brow bones, the top of my cheekbones, the bridge of my nose, and a bit on my cupid’s bow and voila; pretty, glowing complexion. This product will be particularly perfect for dull winter skin.

  1. I Loooooove RMS’s coconut stuff. One other luminizer/highlighter you may want to try, just because you’re a beauty junkie, is Vapour’s. SO good.

  3. I’ve been eyeing this product recently, now it sounds like I need to give it a try, I love luminizers, highlighters, anything that makes me look healthier and more well rested than I really am:)
