Five Ingredients x Ten Minutes

Generally, I enjoy taking time to cook my meals, taking hours to develop the flavors in a soup instead of 20 minutes is quite rewarding. But, I don’t always have huge amounts of time on my hands. Jules Clancy of Stonesoup introduces her minimalist approach in the aptly titled book, 5 Ingredients, 10 Minutes, which boasts quick, easy healthy meals. Who wouldn’t be interested in having more of that in their life?
